Specific Charitable Purpose. The specific charitable
purposes of the Organization shall be (i) to use shared educational, financial, and technical resources to build collective wealth and shared power through community education and cooperation for the long-term mutual benefit of the community, (ii) support the development of an educational and financial infrastructure to advance cooperative social and economic ventures, with
an emphasis on cooperative structures for low- to moderate- income individuals and families, that
fosters a broader solidarity economy rooted in equity, justice, and democratic ownership.
